Adam Haller
Adam has extensive experience in cases concerning patent infringement and validity; the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations; trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition, and misuse of confidential information and trade secrets.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam practiced at a global law firm and most recently oversaw intellectual property management and licensing at one of Canada’s premier research intensive universities.
Adam is a member of the bar in Ontario (2010) and Nova Scotia (2022). Adam also teaches an upper year course in Patent Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
