Conflicts and Referrals

Legal and business conflicts often arise in intellectual property and drug regulatory disputes.
Due to the focussed nature of our practice, we are often able to represent clients in cases where their usual counsel cannot assist.
We have the knowledge, experience and depth to provide high-quality advice and representation in even the most complex matters.
Law firms that send us work know that we will serve their clients’ interests, and that we will respect pre-existing lawyer-client relationships when our mandate comes to an end.
